• Service charges applicable as per published schedule
• GST applicable on all charges as per prevailing rates

4.1 Customer Responsibilities

• Keep ATM PIN, passwords, and OTPs confidential
• Never share banking credentials with anyone
• Update contact information promptly
• Review account statements regularly
• Report suspicious activities immediately

4.2 Bank's Commitment

• Maintain confidentiality of customer information
• Implement industry-standard security measures
• Comply with RBI guidelines and banking regulations
• Protect customer data as per Privacy Policy

The bank shall not be liable for:

• Losses due to force majeure events
• Delays due to system failures or network issues
• Unauthorized transactions due to customer negligence
• Third-party service provider failures
• Actions beyond bank's reasonable control

The bank's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations.

6.2 Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by Indian law, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
